As always, I'll cover one category completely before moving on to the next one. And starting with SpaceX, there's currently massive SpaceX shorting ahead of earnings. 95% of SpaceX stock available to borrow is out on the loan, amounting to 34% short interest as percentage of the float. And Elon said, I try to warn them, but they just doubled down. And Peter HD shares why SpaceX will be the first $10 trillion company. says, "I'll be on CNN this afternoon and CNBC tomorrow commenting on the expected SpaceX earnings report. Their first is a public company following the IPO. As you might expect, I'm very bullish about SpaceX, and I thought I'd lay out the reason in some detail. And for our Tesla post of the day, this is Elon Musk with his first Tesla Roadster in 2008. And Elon reposted that it's just out that SpaceX has paid Grimes County $10 million ahead of schedule under its Terrafab tax agreement. A major step forward for the proposed project. It equals nearly 40% of the county's expected $26.5 million in property tax revenue for all of 2026. County leaders may use the money for infrastructure, employee pay, and retention. SpaceX and Terapab representatives are scheduled for a Q&A at the August 5 commissioner court meeting and the broader Terrafab project could eventually involve up to 119 billion dollars in investment. Changes panel now refreshes after the agent commits on the current branch instead of showing stale onstage files. Background task completions now report the full log size and read hint even when only a short prefix was captured. And Elon quoted that saying, "Grock build update." And it was just announced that Apple filed for a preliminary injunction against OpenAI and asked a federal judge to put them under forensic supervision. Apple filed nine sworn declarations, a 28-page memorandum, and a concurrent motion for expedite discovery. What Apple now says under oath is that Ching Leu, who had eight years at Apple and is now at OpenAI as a member of technical staff, exploited an authentication bug to steal Apple's trade secrets on at least five separate occasions from February to April 2026 while working for OpenAI. Leu downloaded thousands of pages of Apple's most sensitive trade secrets. He stole fabrication decisions, unannounced Apple products, compilations of two undisclosed Apple research and development products, and those are only four of the dozens of proprietary documents Mr. Leu stole. We fed OpenAI a steady stream of Apple proprietary information that he actively concealed. Liu also coached Yung Ti Alysa, who is then still inside Apple, how to access and copy files from Apple Workstations to avoid trouble with security teams and directed her to communicate with him on the encrypted line app to avoid detection in his words. Then there's Tang Yu Tan, who was a 24-year-old Apple VP. He's now OpenAI's chief hardware officer. He used an Apple internal project codeame for an unannounced product to elicit still more trade secrets from job candidates. Apple told the federal judge, "OpenAI knows its misappropriation is wrong and has tried to conceal it." This is not a case of mere hiring. It is a case of repeated instances of deliberate theft. Apple says OpenAI went after its suppliers. OpenAI directed a trusted Apple partner to perform Apple's proprietary metal finishing process for them knowing it was proprietary to Apple because they were involved in this partnership while at Apple. And recently, Apple was able to name 11 more former Apple employees at OpenAI, 14 people total. And today, Apple said the harm is happening now. Every day that passes without an injunction allows OpenAI to embed their knowledge of Apple's stolen information into its hardware development efforts. And they scheduled a hearing on October 1st, 2026. And Nick says, "It's happening." And Elon quoted that saying, "Can't trust open AI." And this account says, "I know at least two dozen people who pursued careers in artificial intelligence because they see it as the only route to overcome their pessimism about economic growth. They see artificial intelligence as the only thing that'll realistically allow for it to continue unabated given today's demographic headwinds. Anyone said it's true and there's a report out that the anthropic CEO Daario is concerned that new talent is only joining the firm for money and not because they believe in the mission. Zero headquartered that saying very simple way to test that and Elon had a laugh at that. Moving on to socialism. Gregor Capital says there it is. California's Democratic party has voted to endorse the billionaire wealth tax on the ballot. If it passes, anyone with a net worth of1 billion plus dollars will have to give 5% of their assets to the state. And Jason from the All-In podcast quoted that saying, "This is going down to 25 million in under 18 months, then 10 million, and finally 3 million." And he's implying people are going to leave California. Anyone quoted that saying 100. And the free press has uncovered that a former Zoran Mdonni campaign videographer called America the fourth Reich dismissed the weaguer genocide as CIA propaganda and said Elon Musk is a valid military target. These are Zoron's people. And this was quoted by Joe Londale who said this is not a surprise. Sadly many on the far left are this radical. But how do we get this reality to pierce the insulated media bubbles of the naive left? And Elon said if they come after me I will come after them and finish the job. And yesterday we saw Zor Mam Donnie saying we don't want nonitizens of New York to abuse our system and get cheap groceries. So you need a valid ID to buy milk. And then he said requiring ID to vote is racist and sexist. And Gad quoted this saying the cognitive inconsistency is breathtaking. And Elon said sure is. In today's debate on BBC Radio 4 was do we need a monarchy? Professor Jason Arde from Cambridge University said that if the royal family was abolished, its funding could be redistributed to those in poverty across Britain. And this was quoted by Peter who said, "Here is Jason Arde pre- disgrace claiming that 70% of the UK population lived below the bread line and that abolishing the monarchy and redistributing cash to them would help." Because of the pedestal he was put on this obviously stupid statement is not questioned. An eel on a face palmed. And recently Rothmus has been commenting on socialist countries and revolutions. Today he talked about Ethiopia, saying $95 million of the live aid concert money in 1985 meant for starving Ethiopians actually bought guns for the Marxist factions fighting each other. This was the finding of a BBC investigation years after Bob Gelof's concert raised over $125 million when the world saw the famine that killed over a million people. Ethiopia was never colonized, yet Western guilt and empathy were abused. It still remains a cautionary tale on why every dollar of aid has to be scrutinized hard or it ends up arming the people prolonging the suffering instead of feeding the ones who need it. I guess my point is that's okay. Too often we have just hesitated to do anything, refused to do anything because it might be hard or because it might not last. But if the ideation on capital gains and on corporate income and if we made it harder to pass along wealth without uh especially inherited wealth without paying any taxes on it, we would have a fairer country because we'd still have capitalism. There'd still be lots of motivation and lots of reason to innovate and build a business and create jobs and do all the things that very wealthy people uh have done. And also we would be out of this doom loop we're in where they're saying well we can't possibly as good health care as other countries. We couldn't possibly do something like I don't know fast trains here in the United States. We couldn't possibly have uh rural hospitals be properly funded or uh public education. Of course we can. >> And that's in spite of the fact that California started its highspeed rail 18 years ago with its original cost being $33 billion with its current estimate being $230 billion. They've already spent $15 billion on it and they've built zero miles of operational high-spe speed rail. Low taxes isn't why America can't build fast trains. And Elon said, "Such BS." And here's the truth. From Seu to Spain, 60,000 migrants from Morocco's border stormed the small town and are now hiding in the mountains and city to reach mainland Europe. Moroccan migrants said Moroccan authorities let them in through their border and Spain literally opened their gates upon arrival. Many migrants thanked Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez for opening the border. Sayuta is now effectively shut down due to looting concerns and the military is losing power as migrants outnumber them and continue to escape into the mountains. It became big business, books, resorts, tours, frozen meals, etc., and even got a Netflix documentary. The idea was that if we copy the habits of people in blue zones, we will also reach 100 plus. The problem the age records are a mess and pension fraud is a rife. In the United States, the single best predictor of being a super centarian is not having a birth certificate. 82% of American super centarian records predate statewide birth certification. When a state hit full coverage at super centarian count dropped about 80% per year in Japan, the government realized its oldest citizen had been dead for 30 years. His family was still cashing his pension checks. Japan then did an audit and located 92% of the country's centinarians. 82% of them were dead. That's 230,000 people dead in reality and alive on paper. And he goes on about each of these blue zones, including Greece, LMA Linda. And he says, "Why this matters? Extreme old age data is used to model how long you'll live. That determines pension rates, life insurance pricing, and healthcare planning. If the models assume you'll live longer than you will, you pay more." Not to mention, many communities paid millions to become Blue Zone certified. And Elon quoted that saying, "Pension fraud is a global problem." And professor Jason Arde said he was not a liar after accusations of plagiarism emerged. Arde admitted errors in his work telling the times in an interview on Saturday that he was accountable for those mistakes but that what I am is not a liar. And Gad Sad quoted that article saying wow Simon Baron Cohen is so kind and empathetic. It is bullying to go after an alleged plagiarist, liar, and fraudster because of autism. And that's quoting what we saw a couple days ago in which Simon defended Faraday saying don't attack him because of his autism. Elon responded to that saying, "Well, Simon Baron Cohen is just an insufferable liar, plain and simple." And the Ard scandal exposes moral rot in academia. Racist identitarianism opinion dressed up as incomprehensibility and grievance studies. Pathologies won't disappear overnight, but things could improve if honest academics seize the moment and give the charlatans a roasting. And Gadsad quoted that saying, "A very small percentage of my academic colleagues have ever openly supported my efforts to fight against the parasitic rot in academia. Regrettably, most academics are astoundingly cowardly. They prefer to nod quietly that men too can menstrate rather than standing up and saying, "Are you insane?" No, men cannot menstrate. If you can get academics to reject the most fundamental markers of biological reality, you know, academia is not populated with intellectual Navy Seals. And Matt says that there's even a controversy about the story is incredible. If a Cambridge professor can plagiarize this carelessly and get away with it for years and still have defenders, it shows academia is totally broken. Academic honesty takes a backseat to the plagiarist skin color. Truth takes a backseat to promoting voices of color. Integrity takes a backseat to celebrating marginalized voices.
